This website has been created as a tool for better understanding current issues that will directly affect the lives of anyone who lives in the Town or Village of Fishkill in regard to the current proposal to install an apartment and townhome complex project on the 60+ acre Yellen estate that lies on the west side of Jackson Street, south of Baxtertown Road in the RMF-5 Zoning District.
